TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. All jewellery must be posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery bag that we supply. We will return your repaired jewellery by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
  2. The receipt with the tracking number must be retained for tracking and insurance purposes, Jewellery Workshop of Amersham can’t be held responsible if you lose this receipt.
  3. In order to be covered by our insurance, the total value of each consignment can’t be more than £5000.
  4. We will let you know once your jewellery has arrived.
  5. We will only commence work on your jewellery once you have proceeded it.
  6. Payment is to be made before any completed work is posted back.
  7. We will advise you on the day that your jewellery is being posted back, so should it not arrive the next day, you need to notify us right away.
