TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All jewellery must be posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery bag that we supply. We will return your repaired jewellery by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
- The receipt with the tracking number must be retained for tracking and insurance purposes, Jewellery Workshop of Amersham can’t be held responsible if you lose this receipt.
- In order to be covered by our insurance, the total value of each consignment can’t be more than £5000.
- We will let you know once your jewellery has arrived.
- We will only commence work on your jewellery once you have proceeded it.
- Payment is to be made before any completed work is posted back.
- We will advise you on the day that your jewellery is being posted back, so should it not arrive the next day, you need to notify us right away.
